Pre-build checklist

Plan your courtbefore you brief us.

Eight things to think through before you commission a padel court. Most of them we'll work through with you anyway — but knowing them up front means a faster, cheaper, less surprising build.

01

Footprint

A standard panoramic padel court is 20m × 10m. The Single Panoramic compresses the same vocabulary into 6m × 10m for tight footprints. Allow at least 1m of clearance behind each baseline for player run-off if the site permits.

02

Base + ground works

Most systems install over a level, prepared base. As part of a turn-key build we cover ground works and civil engineering ourselves. For supply-only, we provide the substrate spec sheet your civils contractor will work to.

03

Wall height + structure

Standard wall height is 4m, built from Q235 steel — 100×100×3.0 corner columns and 100×50×2.75 secondary columns. The Classic system uses the traditional full 4-metre profile; panoramic systems use the same envelope with full glass.

04

Lighting + electrical

Philips lamp beads at 200W / 300W / 400W, IP65 rated. Lamp poles install at the lamp posts with the lamp head at 6m. Electrical capacity required scales with the wattage choice and number of fixtures. // TODO: confirm a typical kVA per court figure with your electrical lead before publishing.

Net + court markings

Cover (optional)

For year-round play, the One-Piece Awning system covers the full 20×10m footprint with a PVC-coated white fabric canopy (8–10 year lifespan), held by a welded steel-tube truss with the main beam at 8.5m from the ground.

Planning permission

All courts are finished to the highest construction standards in full compliance with Irish planning and environmental rules. We share the technical drawings, material schedules and certifications your planner will need; we don't apply on your behalf, but we can advise on common conditions for sports infrastructure in Ireland.
